Give me 6 reasons why gum should not be allowed in school

3. Sometimes people may get in fights

4. Gym teachers might over work the kids

5. Heat stroke because it gets really hot

6. It could make it hard to know who did something wrong

1. Gum causes a lot of distraction. The way somepeople chew gum makes noise and the idea of gum causes students to get sidetracked.
2. Students sometimes don't throw their gum away. When students are in class but aren't near a trash can they just stick their gum under their desks or chairs. It ends up drying and becoming nearly impossible to get off.
3. It can cause head aches. If people chew gum for too long and can't throw it away it can start getting hard and causing a head ache which can lead to students being miserable or distracted.
4. It can distract the teachers. If the teacher hears the gum or sees the mouth of the student constantly moving it cause cause them to be distracted.
5. Some gums have sugar. Many gums now days don't have sugar but it's very possible that they do. Sugar can distract the students.
6. It could lead arguing. Its common for students to ask their peers for gum when they see some. Many students aren't interested in sharing and it could lead to dispute or if they do share at can lead to traveling germs.
