Solving for x I suppose....
cross multiply....
3x-6 = 3
3x = 9
x = 3

x-2 = 1
----- ----
3 3
Cross multiply and get 3x-6 = 3
add 6 to each side and get
3x = 9
divide each side by 3 and get
x = 3
