I took the quiz and the correct answer for that one is A. Que tienes? originally it means "what's the matter" but basically here it is saying "what's up?" B. Que vas a comer means "what you are eating" and ofc that wouldn't make any sense. C. Vale la pena means "worth the pear" and D. Haces una vaca means "Make a cow". Hope I helped [:

Well, C means "Is it worth it?", B means "What are you going to eat?", D doesn't really make sense at all, so it's probably A, though it literally translates to "What do you have?"
