I took the quiz and the correct answer for that one is
A. Que tienes?
originally it means "what's the matter" but basically here it is saying
"
what's up?
" B.
Que vas a comer means "what you are eating" and ofc that wouldn't make any sense. C. Vale la pena means "worth the pear" and D. Haces una vaca means "Make a cow". Hope I helped [:

Well, C means "Is it worth it?", B means "What are you going to eat?", D doesn't really make sense at all, so it's probably A, though it literally translates to "What do you have?"
