Let me define the terms.
Allusion is when words are used to call something to mind without expressing it- this is not the case because the sentence already says it is bright.
Hyperbole are words that are expressed very dramatically and not meant. -this is not the case either because it was meant very much.
Imagery is something that is visually descriptive- this is the case. It makes the reader imagine how it must feel like. Now that I think about it, I can't wait for summer!
Simile is a comparisons using like or as.-this sentence does not use like or as.
