NH3 + H20 YIELDS NH4+ + OH-
So, the NH3 and the OH- are stoichiometrically equivalent.
So, we have 0.15M OH-
p OH = -log [OH-]
p OH = -log[0.15) = 0.824
pH = 14 - p OH
pH = 13.18
