There are 168 students who live in Danville

Step-by-step explanation:
Since 17% of the students live in Miller City, 27% live in Franklin, and the rest of the percentage live in Danville, we want to find out what the percentage of Danville students is. To do that we do 100 - (17 + 27), which gives us 56%. Now that we know Danville students is 56% of the total students, we want to find 56% of 300. To find that we have to multiply 0.56 x 300 = 168. Therefore, there are 168 Danville students.
