What is infinity? Positive? Negative?
Please explain why you chose your answer.
This is not my homework, I am just curious about what other people think.
I think infinity is both because infinity extends in both ways, Positive and negative.

Positive infinity
is a symbol used to designate the limit of a sequence or function that eventually exceeds any prescribed bound. Negative infinity
does the same thing for sequences that eventually fall below any prescribed bound.
