The blueprint has a scale of three centimeters to five feet. what will be the actual area of the fountain, in square feet, after it is built? area is 454.1 ft.

18cm/3cm = x/4ft.
x = 24 ft.

Then find the area using A=pi*r^2
A=pi*144
A=452.4 ft.
