THE GENERAL EQUATION OF A STRAIGHT LINE IS y=mx+c

TO FIND c I WILL SUBSTITUTE THE GIVEN KNOWN POINTS.

$- 5= (1)/(2) (2) + c \\ - 5= 1 + c \\ c = - 5 - 1 \\ c = - 6$

THEREFORE WE NOW HAVE
