It would cost $174.
You can write the equation like this:
4/116=6/x
Steps:
1. cross multiply: 116 times 6, which is 696
2. divide: 696 divided by 4 is 174
x is 174.

6 ounces would cost $174.
Each ounce costs (116/4), or 29 dollars.
6 ounces at a rate of 29 dollars per ounce is 174.
