22x - 15 = -3(3 + 4x)
-12x - 15 = -3(3 + 4x)
-12x - 9 = -3(3 + 4x)
22x - 15 = -5(3 + 4x)

if we apply the distributive law to right side of the third choice we get:-

-12x - 9 = -9 - 12x

right side = left side so infinite solutions
