How does Eumaeus reinforce the theme of hospitality when he meets the old beggar?

He treats the beggar with respect, just as Zeus would want him to.
He say that since strangers come from foreign countries, one should be nice to avoid causing a war.
He doesn’t. He tells the beggar to go into the town where he should beg for a meal.
None of the above.
