The economic system of government in Eastern Europe led to the improper use of resources. East Germany’s only car, the unreliable , was an example of the inferior quality of goods manufactured in the satellite states.

The correct answers are "command" Economic System and unreliable "Trabant".

A Command Economy is a system where the government regulates the market and decides which goods should be produced. It also has a direct influence on the price these goods should sell for. Regardless of the greater value of these goods in the market. The government would subsidize these goods.

The Trabant was a car model produced by VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zwickau. An Eastern German car manufacturer. It is considered as a symbol of the collapse of the Eastern Bloc, as its overall design was very poor.
