triangles have 3 sides while squares have 4
triangles willl never be congruent to squares


a rectangle is defined as just haveig 4 right angles
so all squares are rectnalges, but not all rectangles are squraes, but some can be


all circles can be, but are not congruent, one can have radius 1 and another has radius 2




answer is 2nd option
