The circumference would be 176 feet. The equation for circumference is diameter x pi. Since the radius is 28 the diameter would be twice that.

Answer:

C=176\ ft

Explanation:

we know that

The circumference of a circle is equal to

C=2\pi r

where

r is the radius of the circle

In this problem we have

r=28\ ft, \pi=22/7

substitutes

C=2(22/7)(28)=176\ ft
