The Incas were known for all of the following except: large, freestanding statues. Option A is correct.

The Incas were an American Indian people. The were a small tribe in the southern highlands of Peru. During the 1400s, they built one of the largest, most tightly controlled empires. It was the largest empire in pre-Columbian America. Its political and administrative structure is considered to have been the most developed in the Americas prior to Columbus' arrival.
