If the fraction's denominator is 100, then changing fractions to percents is easy. Since percents are out of 100, the percent would be the same except it would be the numerator and the percent sign %.

There is an easy way to turn fractions into percents, it works for all.
You divide the neumorator by the denomonator, then multiply by 100 (or move the decimal 2 places to the right)
i.e.
1/5 = ____ %
1 divided by 5 = .2
.2 x 100= 20
1/5= 20%
