Answer:

As you know, the minimum driving age is sixteen, but I believe it would be safer if you had to be older to drive. I believe this because the younger you are, the less responsible you are. I think there should be a law written to change it from sixteen to eighteen. Despite the idea of not being able to actually drive, taking lessons at sixteen doesn't seem to be a problem.
