Why is Jane unwilling to go to France with Rochester?

She does not truly love him.
She is jealous of Celine Varens.
She knows he loves Bertha Mason.
She does not want to be his mistress.

I would say the answer is D: She does not want to be his mistress because Rochester does not love Bertha, he keeps her in the attic :/ . Jane doesn't want to be his mistress and she knows she will always be as long as Bertha is alive.

Rochester's proposal to Jane was for them both to leave England currently and move to the south France where they can live happily as husband and wife. however, jane doesn't agree to this proposal because Jane knows she will be his mistress as long as bertha is alive. Answer then is C.
