-x/7+4≥3x subtract 4 from both sides
-x/7≥3x-4 multiply both sides by 7
-x≥21x-28 subtract 21x from both sides
-22x≥-28 divide both sides by -22 (and reverse sign because of division by a negative value)
x≤14/11
