considering unit of time = 1 minute


\begin{gathered} \frac{2\text{ sec}}{60\text{ sec}}=\frac{3\text{ revolutions}}{x\text{ revolutions}} \\ \\ 2\cdot x=60\cdot3 \\ 2x=180 \\ x=(180)/(2) \\ x=90\text{ revolutions} \end{gathered}

So, the bike will travel 90 revolutions per minute.
