Candace draws a triangle with side lengths of 6 inches, 7 inches,and 9 inches. She plans to draw a second triangle that shares the 9-inch side with the first triangle.At each end of this shared side,the second triangle will have an angle measuring 60 degrees. If each side with the shared side has an angle of 60°, that means the 3rd angle of this new triangle has also an angle of 60°

1st Angle with the 9 in side = 60°

2nd Angle with the 9 in side = 60°

In a triangle the sum of the angles = 180° & the 3rd angle =180-120=60

So the new triangle is an EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE WITH EQUAL SIDES & EQUAL ANGLES OF 60° RESPECTIVELY
