The linear least squares regression will have a slope of:
m=(nΣxy-ΣxΣy)/(nΣx^2-ΣxΣx)
m=(5*2078-30*281)/(5*220-30*30)
m=1960/200
m=9.8
and a y-intercept of:
b=(Σy-mΣx)/n
b=(281-9.8*30)/5
b=-2.6
So the line of best fit is:
y=9.8x-2.6
