The correct answer is A) Economic Policy.

The area of policymaking that overlaps federal and state responsibilities is the Economic Policy.

Federal and states governments have their laws and sometimes have to negotiate to reach an agreement in public matters. That is the case with the economic policy, where federal and state responsibilities overlaps. The federal government has the Office of Economic Policy that is responsible for analyzing the current economic situation of the U.S. and forecast scenarios to prevent situations. This office depends on the Department of the Treasury. The states have their departments with similar responsibilities, sometimes overlapping decisions on economic issues.

C. Economic Policy, because it is a government actions that are intended to influence the economy of a nation, state or city and one of the best example of economic policy is the tax rates-we all know that tax is a percentage of an employees income paid or in company pays or it is a value of a service or goods. If we let people define or talk about tax rates they will say its not good tax rates is to high i don't deserve to pay for it. If federal and state will increase the tax rates at least they will agree to increase the salary of each employees so they can paid their tax and can provide their daily needs.
