To add/subtract fractions you need a common denominator, in this case 165 is the least common multiple so:
(8/33)(5/5)+(13/15)(11/11)
40/165+143/165
183/165
61/55

8/33+13/15=(8*5+13*11)/(3*165)=(61*3)/(3*55)=61/55
