c = 2 * pi * r
the diameter is 27.4 mm which is 2.74cm

So radius is 1.37 cm

c = 2 * pi * 1.37
c = 2.74pi cm
or
c = 55.8 mm

a = pi * r^2
a = pi * 2.74^2
a = 7.5076pi cm^2

The formula for circumference of a circle is
C = 2*Pie* r
So
C = 2 *3.14* 13.7
C = 86.036mm
