a = 200 cm = 2 m
b = 90 cm = 0,9 m
d = ? (m)

Pythagorean theorem

a^2+b^2=d^2

{d=√(a^2+b^2)=√(2^2+(0.9)^2)=√(4+0.81)=√(4.81)=2.19317 ...(m) \ \approx 219, 32 \ (cm)}
