I hope to improve my physical health by limiting how often I am fatigued, I will achieve this by taking short walks each day, and long walks on the weekends to increase stamina. I hope to improve my mental health by limiting feelings of stress or burnout. I will do this by setting work time limits throughout the day and monitoring my mental output. I hope to improve my social health by making starting conversations easier, I will do this my complementing people wearing clothing with pop culture symbols (bands, tv, etc) as it is easy to build short term connection by sharing interests.
