(a-4)(a+3)/a / 2a-8/(a+3)(a-1)
(a-4)(a+3)/a x (a+3)(a-1)/2a-8

2a-8(a-4)(a+3)
2a^2+32+2a^2-24
2a^2+8

a(a+3)(a-1)
a^2+3+a^2-1
a^4+2

2a^4+8+a^4+2
2a^8+10

Your answer is: 2a^8+10
