the 1 / y^-2 = 1 / 1 / y^2 = y2
so the expression becomes (x^-3 y^2)^-1 the -1 outside the parentheses = 1/ what s inside so we get
1 / (y^2 x^-3) = x^3/y^2 or x^3 y^-2
