The ecosystem of location to start this business would be in California where we have a warmer climate that attracts people who enjoy going to the beach, fair weather all year round which attract climate controlled people, the state also offers mountains for skiing. Essentially this ecosystem and location offers many reassure activities where people will want to come along with where people will want to work.

I would put city on a river port to an ocean and/or lake. You have direct access to water and a harbor in which you could receive and export. If the river runs through the city, then transportation of goods etcetera will be easier. That can also give you recreational options as well like ferry rides and some water sports.
