1\%=(1)/(100)\\\\ 40.15\%\cdot 23=40.15 \cdot (1)/(100)\cdot 23=(923.45)/(100)=9.2345

Hey!

Hope this helps...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is actually a pretty easy question... all we have to do is 23 * 0.4015
We know that %40.15 = 0.4015, because 40.15/100 = 0.4015...
So 23 * 0.4015 = 9.2345
