Solution:

The given function is : f(x)=
x^5

When the function is reflected across the line , y=x the function changes to

x =
y^5

Suppose point (a,b) lies on the curve.Then

a =
b^5

The curve is shifted 2 units up.

It means , x=a, and y =b+2

gives , b= y-2 and x=a

So, the equation of new curve is :
x=(y-2)^5
