Make the equations into y = form
-3x+6y=10
-3x+6y=-4

-3x+6y=10
Add 3x to both sides
6y=3x+10
÷6 both sides
Y= 1/2x+5/3

-3x+6y=-4
+3x both sides
6y=3x-4
÷6 both sides
Y=1/2x-2/3

Y= 1/2x+5/3
Y=1/2x-2/3
They have same slope of 1/2
So they are parallel and have different y intercept 5/3 and -2/3
So they do not touch EVER!!
