I would say it's the mean. because 1 is an extreme value, and when there are extreme values we don't use the mean.

Answer:

Mean.

Explanation:

We have been given a data set and we are asked to find the measure of central tendency that is least representative of the data set.

Data set: 1, 35, 36, 37, 37, 38.

We can see from our given data set that 1 is an outlier for our given data set. Since 1 is very less than other data points, when we will find the mean of our given data it will be less than median.

Median of our given data set will be:
(36+37)/(2)=(73)/(2)=36.5.

\text{Mean}=(1+35+36+37+37+38)/(6)=(184)/(6)=30.67

Mode = 37

We can see that median and mode of our data set are approximately equal. As mean is affected by an outlier in a data set, therefore, mean will be the least representative of measure of central tendency of the given data set.
