9+7+6=22
= 7/22
= 0.318(18 repeating)
= 0.318

Answer: 0.318

(7)/(22)

So the answer is 7/22 or 31.81818182%

You get the percent by doing 7 ÷ 22≈0.318
and then
0.318×100≈ 31.81818182%
