The indicated end-point of an acid-base titration seldom occurs at a pH of 7. What determines the pH of the end-point? Explain.

The Hydrogen Ion Concentration determines the pH at endpoint.

The concentration of H in the solution and how close to 1 is the concentration. 7 is neutral and 1 is acidic. pOH is also the base concentration in the solution so this is the measurement of the amount of base in the solution.
