Egypt was first part of the Macedonian Empire (Greeks) when Alexander the Great took over it in 332 BC. The Romans ruled over Egypt from 30 BC to 641 AD. With this information, we can say that B is correct. Egypt was first ruled by the Greeks and then the Romans.
