Answer:

The answers are:

A) There are four terms, which are
x^2, y^2, xy, y

B)
-y^2, -y

Explanation:

In order to respond the questions, we have to change the expression to its simplest form, that is, adding the same terms.

-3x^2+2y^2+5xy-2y+5x^2-3y^2\\(-3x^2+5x^2)+(2y^2-3y^2)+5xy-2y\\2x^2-y^2+5xy-2y

So we have four terms, which are:
x^2, y^2, xy, y

The negative terms are
-y^2, -y

The procedure is always the same. First, we have to determine the terms and then we have to add coefficients of the same terms in order to simplify the expression.

-3x² + 2y² + 5xy - 2y + 5x² - 3y²

Add your like terms.

(-3x² + 5x²) + (2y² - 3y²) + 5xy - 2y

Simplify.

2x² + 5xy - y² - 2y

~Hope I helped!~
