Answer:

D) North Korea

Step-by-step explanation:

After the floods of 1995 and 1996, North Korea fell into a spiral of poverty that seemed to have no end: in 1997, according to a UNICEF study, more than eight hundred thousand children suffered from severe malnutrition and at least one hundred thousand were in danger die. In 1999, the government of Pyongyang itself had admitted the death of about 220,000 people due to the famine, although according to CNN, the figures could have reached two million, which would represent 10% of the total population at the margin of this situation, the government of the country continued investing in its arcenal armanetistico and its army.

The answer would be D! The reason why is that North Korea does have a command economy, it's poor compared to the GDP of other countries. It does have a strong military and defense and it also has nuclear arms.

Have a nice day! :)
