Describe a situation where a minority group resists repression by the dominant group. Where did you see or hear about this situation? Do you think that the action(s) was successful?

I think most minority groups would often resort to street protest. In my country, many minority groups often resolve to street protest or transportation strikes. In some cases, it doesn't work out that well. Many minority groups can only do this to state their ideas as well their side of the story. There are times that the majority will listen to their appeal,but it takes a longer process.
