first fing the GCF = 3.

then find the GCV=x^2y.

then divide 9x^4y - 6x^3y^2 + 3x^2y^3 to get 3x^2y(3x^2 - 2xy + y^2)

the answer is 3x^2y(3x^2-2xy +y^2)
