Buying Option:

Bike = 250

Per hour = 5 (for helmet)

Renting Option:

Rent per hour = 30 + 5 = 35 (bike and helmet)

Let x be number of hours, so

Buying Option Cost = 250 + 5x

Renting Option Cost = 35x

Now, we want BUYING COST < RENTING COST, so

250 + 5x < 35 x
