First, we will do the operations that are in the parentheses first.

60 ÷ 10 = 6

3³ - (6) + 8

Next, we will take care of our exponents. 3³ = 27 so we now have

27 - (6) + 8

27 - 6 = 21

21 + 8 = 29

Therefore, the answer is 29.
