4 blue = 3 white
x blue = 12 white?

(4 blue)/(3 white) = (x blue)/(12 white)

Cross multiply
48 = 3x
x = 16 blue

Another way to do this is figure how many times 3 whites go into 12 whites.
That's 4 times.
So 4 blue x 4 = 16 blue
