The formula for electric potential is

V=(kq)/(r)

We need to find the electric potential of both charges

V1 = (-7.55μC)(9x10^9)/(3.959x10^-2) = -1716342.51 V

V2 = (-6.43μC)(9x10^9)/(3.959x10^-2) = -1461732.76 V

Now we have to add to find the total electric potential

V1 + V2 = -1716342.51 + -1461732.76 = -3178075.27 V
