You can find the surface area of the rectangular prism, and the multiply that by 8.

The surface area of a rectangular prism can be found using the equation
A = 2(wl+hl+wh)

where
w= width
l=length
and h = height

When plugging in the correct values, you get a surface area of 518.

518 * 8 = 4144

You must now divide by 100 because it was 8 cents, not 8 dollars, so dividing by 100 will convert it to dollars.
