Acidification cause by pollution and global warming. The ocean is becoming more acidic which is causing the polyps in coral to bleach( turn white and die). Which is causing fish to leave the reef.

Pollution! trash building up in the sea and chocking coral reefs and living organisms in are surrounding area.
