Remember that when you divide fractions you want to use the opposite reciprocal of the fraction you are dividing by, then multiply across.

So we are switching the numerator and denominator of our fraction.

For example:

1/4 / 1/2 = x

1/4 • 2/1 = x = 2/4

We just switched the numerator and the denominator to get our opposite reciprocal.

Both of these equations are the same. They're equivalent.

Now applying this to the problem:

1/2 / 2/3

IS EQUIVALENT TO...

1/2 • 3/2

In this case your answer would be C!

Hope this helps! If you have any questions let me know!
