Given the equation:

7x^2+8y^2+5y^3

Since the given equation has no like terms and has no more common factor. The equation is already at its simplest form.

We just rearrange the equation at decreasing degree (exponents).

We get,

\text{ 5y}^3+7x^2+8y^2
